To me that doesn't appear to be a Steyr 'factory' front mount.
Notice the rear mount is blued to match the firearm.

In this circumstance it is a Manlicher Schoenauer or perhaps more correctly, a Mannlicher Steyr. I believe, based on searching through this site and others, it to be a 1952 GK, it has the swept back polished bolt handle, bbl and action stamped "60", European stile full stock with the Steyr Pivot mounts, Pecar 6 x 59 in .243 cal. Unfortunately, the mounts cover the model designation as they are fitted to the front receiver ring so the only other markings I can report are "Steyr Daimler Puch" on the side of the receiver marking, the Steyr "Target" logo on the Magazine floor plate along with John Sark & Co Sydney also on the floor plate.

Your rifle is, by definition, a Mannlicher Schoenauer (Steyr Mannlicher Schoenauer). What makes it so is the Schoenauer magazine.

Sporting Mannlicher Schoenauers were produced from the M1900 prototypes as introduced at the Exposition Universelle at Paris of that year through the M1903, M1905, M1908, M1910, M1924,'High Velocity' (oft referred to by collectors as 'M1925') of the pre WW2 period and continued postwar with M1950 followed by the GK (Mod 1952), MC (Mod 1956), MCA (Mod 1961), Magnum and NO models produced through 1972.

Mannlicher Schoenauers were also produced for the Greek military as Models Y1903, Y1903/14, Y1903/14/27 'Breda', 'System 1930' and variants; all chambered for the 6.5X54MS proprietary cartridge (as were the M1900, M1903).

The M1905, M1908, and M1910 were chambered for MS proprietary cartridges of 9X56, 8X56, and 9.5X57, respectively. M1924 and later models had a longer receiver to accept the 'U.S. 1906 Cartridge' (.30-'06) in the M1924 and a variety of cartridges through subsequent models.

During that time the manufacturer's name changed from Oesterreichische Waffenfabrik Gesellschaft Steyr (OWGS) to Steyr Werke AG in 1926 and from that to Steyr Daimler Puch in 1934.

Since MS production ceased in 1972 (73?) the company name has again changed to Steyr Mannlicher AG in 1989 and, more recently, to Steyr Arms in 2019.
