M1925 chambering designations
      #254505 - 03/10/14 01:35 AM

Howdy all--been away for awhile but trying to remember the chambering designations on the M1925 rifles--if I recall correctly, KAL 7 NORM is 7x57 and KAL 8 NORM is 8x57JS, KAL 7.62x63 is .30-06; but how did Steyr designate 7x64, 8x60, etc? I've surfed around a bit in the forum but haven't come up with this!
Thanks and all best,
Malcolm
