Best Buy of a Medium Bore - 1st year Winchester 1905 SLR 35 cal - Law Enforcement

When I saw this for sale at a local Gun Show, I knew I was going to buy it even before I opened the Case. It was the case that I couldn't resist adding to my collection. Then I saw the gun. It was a Law Enforcement Gun from Milwaukee Wisconsin. The Officer was so proud of this rifle that he made a custom case to keep his trusty rifle safe.

Very cool & still lovingly kept.
Amazing patina on this one, roughly how old would she be mate????

Would you believe some clown on a different forum actually posted a link to show pictures of the guys house? Talk about immature. That's why I've blurred the guy's name and address on the brass case label.

That's awesome.

When I saw the first pictures of the case I thought it was going to be a violin or something like that.
