rpeck,
Interesting rifles and very nice looking. Can you tell me a description of the one that is in the middle, in then next to last picture? One with Monte Carlo stock and no barrel band. Caliber and barrel length is of most interest.

Husqvarna Model 458 in .243 Win. with 21 in. barrel.



Thanks for the response. In the 1960's I own 2 rifles, a Sako Riihimaki 222 Rem. which I still have, and a Husqvarna in 243 which looked very similar to the one you have. Sadly I sold the 243 prior to going to Vietnam in 1970. I do not remember what the model was but as I remember, it had an 18" barrel. Seeing yours brought back some fine memories, so thanks for sharing. (BTW both the Sako and the Husqvarna accounted for many Red Fox, in Northeast Iowa)
