I've been asked to run a field test (drive hunting) of the new Swarovski PVI-2 (digital illuminated reticle) 1,25-4x24. As agreed, it arrived mounted on a Mag-Na-Ported 9,3x62 bbl. for my Blaser R93. After playing with this combo at home, I think that if it performs as well as it handles, I'll may send back a check instead of returning it after completion of the test.

Scope has a good name. I've haven't had the oportunity to check one out yet.

So far I only shot a few factory loads through that Blaser and got groups around 1.25-1.5 MOA. Yesterday, I tested some handloads with Lapua Mega 285 gn on top off Vihtavuori N 135 and, bingo ! 5 shots in 2 cm at 100 m (.69 MOA) with a 4x scope. This rifle is a keeper and there's no way I'm sending it back (will start to negociate with the importer).
