Most bullet makers make up to 220 gr projectiles for the 8mm .323. Who makes good projectiles in the 220 gr PLUS range, eg 250 gr? Any suggestions?

Yes I had a brain failure moment. That would be an ideal choice. I wonder if the .330 250 gr FMJ could be swaged down to .323?
