In Spain the Meopta had a very competitive price but now and given the success of the price has gone up exponentially, being out of my budget. So I want something modest but not a bad thing. Something I used to go to the normal hunting stalking.

In short; I run as fast I'll see if I can save up for a Nikon Monarch 3 in 2,5-10x50 with illuminated reticle and I will use both the Santa Barbara as the Remington 700

One question on my mind for some time. I will probably never hunt Asian countries; sheep that live there, and many times you can not bring no. I've always heard that people who go hunting these species opt for cartridges like the 300 RUM or 30-378 Weatherby but; Would it be valid for that need 300 Winchester Magnum or not enough path to reach the distances that have to shoot these beautiful animals?

I also like the Bushnell Trophy in a range of aumetos same. I can not afford to spend more money than they cost these viewers. I would want a Swarosky, Khales and similar but ... is what I can buy, something good, nice and cheap.
Thank you,

IMHO, you want as good of optics you can afford for a 300 Win..and again,IMHO, that rules out Bushnell...
If you don't want a Swarovski or Zeiss..get a Leupold...had one my my 300's that have worked very well..had a vx-3 on a 300 Ultra-mag for over 10 years..took it to Africa on numerous trips..never a problem...

And the Nikon; What problem may be? I want a Leica a Swarosky, Zeiss etc ... but would have to save years and years to buy one. They are too expensive. Leupold I will also quote except V-I or V-II.

I had a Nikon Monarch, it was an excellent scope. Very good sharp lens, and also durable. I recommend you get the Nikon Monarch if you have the money.

Hi friends, finally I measured the barrel of the rifle by a drumstick, I entered through the muzzle of the gun until the stick has hit the bolt lock-up and after setting up the stick where it was introduced I measured the distance from the end of the stick to the mark I made and I have been caught by surprise; the rifle barrel measures 61 cms; and 63 cm as indicated by the announcement of the armory that sold the rifle. It makes me angry to have bought a rifle in the end prove to be a 30-06 noisy and not a 300 Winchester Magnum because of lack of barrel length to burn gunpowder magnum cartridge. Anyway, shame about the lack of seriousness of the "professionals" of weapons of Spain

Indeed in the end I bought a Burris Fullfield II viewfinder magnification range with hood 3-9 and 40 mm. It is a viewer for Second hand but I have already received and is new and it cost me very little. Now looking mounts and rings for it put in rifle.

Hello colleagues, I am again disturbing but I want to consult you about the Hornady SST ammo tip 165 grains for hunting roe deer females and females in stalking mode in 300 Winchester Magnum cartridge. I will hunt females because the males hunt individuals is beyond my budget. Also take this opportunity to ask for Burris Fullfield II visor 3-9x40 normal Plex reticle.
Thank you

Well here I am waiting for the mounts and rings for the Santa Barbara 300 WM. Let's see when I can release the hunting rifle a piece. I'm no hunter trophy hauls, but although the dam is a female I will put the pictures, of course.
regards,
Ovny.
