I have been fortunate enough to pick up a WR in 375 Rimless Magnum. It is in excellent shape and the barrels are as new. Even the breech face does not show any practical use. The gun was built for Mario Pasquel, son of a Mexican shipping magnate, and brother of Jorge Pasquel, the Mexican baseball league owner. It was finished in 1950. Here are a few pictures...
The gun has a neatly embedded ghost ring on the C-bolt, and no standing rear sight.
Proof marks
Breech face
Locks
Stock
The gun has all the goodies: flip up hood front sight, moon sight, grip cap trap, ejectors, chopper lump barrels, gold escutcheon (vacant), case, etc...
Note: The barrels are signed "JB". Would anyone have a full name?
Best regards, WC

Very nice rifle. The fold down peep in the extension is a nice touch.

That is drop dead gergeous! Thanks for showing it. Does it shoot as good as it looks?

I don't know, I just got it. It's as new, so it should not be any problem. The reloading will be easy: lots of choices available. The gun weighs 9#13oz, and has 26" barrels. WC-

A beautiful rifle and the sight set up makes more sense than some may realise.
How would WR remove the striker disks?

One of the "Holy Grail" of double rifles! As Paul said, the ghost ring is an excellent sight option. Fast and suprisingly accurate.
