A real nuisance is the SPAM emails we all receive in our email boxes.

One way SPAMMERS access email addresses is to use web programmes that troll the internet and attempt to identify emaill addresses ie name@mail.com. These are then added to their lists and you receive yet more rubbish.

A simple way to defeat some SPAM is to use the following technique. Record your email as eg NOSPAMname@mail.com The spammers trolling programmes will record an incorrect address so tt reach you. However the person you intend to receive your email address merely has to delete the NOSPAM from the address and away they go. (But please do not use a NOSPAM type address in your MSN member email facility. It is difficult for non-members to access this info in any case if it is displayed as only members see the members listing in NitroExpressCom)
