I was told that this used to be a 4 bore shotgun and was revamped into a 4 bore rifle. Anybody know anything about it? thanks

Your right looks the deal fell through, makes me wonder why, or what ended up being wrong with the gun perhaps..

4's are few and far between. This looks to be a nice gun maybe the final details of the sale couldn't be worked out.
