I was referred to this site from www.doublegunshop.com

There are a LOT of sub forums here, so I hope I am putting this in the right place.

I have a couple of boxes of WR .318 NE. One is unopened and the other has 8 cartridges remaining. I would like to gather what information I can, such as approx. date of manufacture and of course the value of these shells/boxes.

Any help appreciated.

From the diling code of the Birmingham phone humber on the box, it must be after March 1996 and before 16th April 1995.

Did you transpose your dates?

I don't think it can be AFTER 1996 and BEFORE 1995.

Sorry I must have had a complete brain Fart. After March 1966 before 16th April 1995

That is when they changed the exxchane numbers.
