Here's a picture of the new universe record whitetail. It was taken by the cousin of a co-worker's sister's, uncle's, best friend's, son-in-law's cousin. Reportedly it will score 803 1/8 by B&C standard and was shot in West Texas. Shot with a black powder rifle at 866 yards. Three witnesses. Supposedly, this deer had killed a bull, two landrovers and six hunters in the last two weeks alone. They said he was in a fierce fight with Bigfoot when he was shot.

This buck is a world traveller, too.

I passed this buck up on the ranch here last year.

I do not believe in the concept of "Brush Bucking Bullets" and since I couldn't find an opening through which to place the bullet I let it go. Glad to know somebody successfully harvested it. I'm certain by the way it was walking that it had a terrible backache...

The joke here in the US is that during hunting season, which has just ended in the West--one gets inundated with emailed photos of these large deer, or elk or moose or whatever.. and SOME of those "hunters" attempt to embelish the hunt and trophy a bit. They will place themselves in the photo to make the deer look bigger than it really is--or you hear of all the bullshit stories of these absurd shots being made and you look at the one claiming to have made the shot and know full well he is a blowhole...and there are ALWAYS witnesses--to the shot..at least one or two--three if its a really long shot.

Or you'll have someone shoot an animal and photoshop it like the one above only not quite to that extreme and try to pull a fast one--several years ago there was a moose photo going around and another of a whitetail that was clearly altered..

It is tongue in cheek humor and I should probably have placed it in that heading.. but I had just received another photo this week and for whatever reason felt the urge to post this..It was created in humor and fun-- Hope this helps
