Just started to look into buying a new Toyota Landcruiser pick up for my personal hunting vehicle...... looked at the new one here which has a 4.2 litre straight 6 naturally aspirated engine, fairly standard interior and a choice of white or baby shit brown......... The Aussie version has the option of a V8 turbo charged option, more interior choice and about 6 colours....... So then I looked into the special import thing...... Looks like I can get one, but the bad news is that it'll cost me at least a half a million Rand......... Like I said, you Aussies really are a lucky bunch of bastards!

Our lager is equal or better than your castle and lion lager too. Unfortunately, I must concede the Springboks thoroughly deserved their World Cup rugby win. You can never discount RSA in Rugby.

I'm looking at a used Toyota FJ Cruiser with a lift kit and oversize tires for offroad and street--Interesting!

The Aussies also get the new Toyota Hilux TRD. It is a 3.5l V6 Supercharged engine producing about 240kw. This is not a pick-up but a pick-up that will suprise most other sport cars on the road.!!!!!!!

Can't understand why they don't sell the Aussie versions here in Africa..... they'd sell like hot cakes.

From what I've read and heard the new Hilux isn't all that good out bush compared to the old one.
