Brno Model 22F value

I realize without pictures it's nearly impossible to judge accurately.

Brno model 22F, 1946, 8X57, claw mount with European optics. Rifle is in pristine unfired or nearly new condition. I'm not that familiar with them so I though I would get an opinion. Asking price is $1450.00

A search brings up the same model in lesser condition for sale at $1900. Book value shows about $1400.00

Any opinions??

I have recently bought several for less, but that was under special conditions. I think the rifle is generally unrecognized in this country and therefore underappreciated. $1500 is a price I would not consider excessive, given the description.
