Colt Sauer value?

Gentlemen,
I have recently acquired a Colt Sauer 80 chambered for .300 Weath. Magnum; however, I have no real use for it and want to sell it. Since the market is pretty saturated here in Germany, I have considered offering it in the US (or elsewhere abroad), although I have not yet an idea as to the finer legal points of such an enterprise, or whether it would be lucrative in the first place.
As this discussion board has a very international audience, I would appreciate it if somebody could give me an idea regarding the actual value of such a rifle on the other side of the pond. The barrel is fitted with a muzzle break, it is in an overall good condition and has a Zeiss 2,5-10x52 scope mounted with EAW swingmounts.

Not an inappropriate post at all, though, if you wish to sell it and have a price in mind, then the best place to post would be the Classifieds forum here.

I am not at all sure about how complicated it would be for you to sell the rifle here in the US - imports, from what I understand, are difficult unless you know a dealer who is experienced in customs and other mandatory procedures. In any case, we do have members here who have imported guns and they would post and advice you shortly.
