Was it Greylag? a Spanish make that was making 8g until recently.

Who of the modern makers, apart from the obvious 'best' makers etc, makes this cal shotgun now?

Probably any that you care to throw some money at and of course, could get barrels for.

There was that make, Greylag, some Spanish type, anyway suits my idea.

Someone a while ago told me they could get 8 Gauge barrels.

Hi Nigel

Sounds interesting, but what of the action?

A short smooth-bore 8 with 27-28" barrels, could be a treat, with leaf sights of course. Not sure what one might call such a contraption, but I am sure it would be an interesting venture.
