Who put all those scratches all over the receiver and spilled ink all over the wood handle?

I think I'll get a divorce and marry that gun...just to look at it every morning!

If I remember correctly, it was chambered for the 470 Nitro and could be had for the paltry sum of $165,000 USD.

Just hand it to me, and I'll wade the Chobe twice a day to get to the Buffalo, and Elephant, and clean the mud off it every night till it wears out from rubbing the mud off! A man should be ashamed to carry such an ugly rifle, by I can live with the ridicule!

Damn, its a 470. If it was a .375 H&H Flanged I would have rushed out and bought it.

They had one in 375 F.M., but much nicer!

There aren't any rifles to pretty to use. Pick your hunt and don't take the Holland to Alaska for Fall Brown Bear, all rifles are meant to be used.

If you can afford to buy it than you can afford to hunt with it and afford to have it 'refreshed' when your done.

The bad apart about that is 'Can you afford'. I can't.
