Try Marty Sands at ballisticresearch@yahoo.com.

I have a Fauneta and they sent me a couple of rounds to try and they worked great. 4 rounds, all within 10fps and about 4 inches apart at 100 yards. Just need a little tweaking and she's good.

Ross Seyfried also has a lot of information and makes his own bullets. He even makes LT capped bullets for his.

How about a picture or two?

Mickey,
What kind of velocity are you getting with your Fauneta?

I would agree with Mickey, Ross Seyfried could point you in the right direction.

Here's a pair, and some of the finest I have encounted, they will be mine soon.

Gatsby 1460-1470. I had some pics of the target but somehow erased it.

Sinner

I was going to post a pic but am too embarrassed at my lowly gun now.

Those are outstanding. Very, very neat.

I do not have a good picture so I will take one tomorrow.

I can't believe those *#&*! dunces put the wrong barrel group on that gun for the photo!

Hope they didn't force it and bruise the metal... That would be a real shame.

Top shelf Westleys all right! Very nice indeed.

Yes I asked that same question and they said it was just the photo. Looks like the wrong barrels to me too. I have handled these in person they are spectacular.

Obviously not the correct barrels due to the fit. Saying it's just he photo is a 'coverup' by someone who either knows they screwed up and won't admit it, or think they are interchangable. It does appear the end of the doll's head has 'pushed' the rear of the motice slightly - maybe not.

Aw, come on a few warts on these old guns only adds to their character. There is no shame in showing them. They were made to use and most of them were. And wow the rifled choke guns are commanding some serious money. 50k each for these and an 8 paradox at Champlins for the same.

Sinner,
Very, very nice Westleys. Do you have any other rifled choke guns?

577,
Ross had an add in the back of several DGJs a few issues back. He was asking for paradox style guns. The Fauneta like the Explora and SM Explora needs the capped bullet to shoot to its full potential.

No these are my first. I have read much about the Fauneta 20 and 28 bores and have always wanted one. I have to admit, Im very excited now to have a matched pair of exhibition grades in such hi condition.

I sent Marty an email also. don't know why he isn't responding. Gatsby he asked me about your email a month or so ago. Surprised he didn't get back to you.

Maybe he is Hunting?

Mickey,
I also got a no response from the e-mail address you gave me. However when trying to obtain paradox load info, that isn't unusual, for I suppose a variety of reasons. I don't have a 20 bore but was interested in what powder they were using to obtain the given velocity(1500fps) within the pressure range for these guns.
