Ruger No.1 Rumor...

Rumor has it...
Lipsey's has contracted with Ruger for a special limited run of Ruger #1-A's chambered for the 6.5X55. Apparently, Lipseys has not recieved pricing infomation from Ruger nor a delivery date. I guess Ruger as a manufacturer has to schedule the "run time" of the rifles. Because of this Lipseys has not created a product number where as the rifles could be placed as a "back-order" from a licensed gun dealer.

Gentlemen,

Anyone heard anything regarding the 6,5X55? I hope these rifles will have barrels with 1-8 in twist, 1-9 can be difficult to stabilise 140 grain or heavier bullets.
