There was some discussion about the 6.5x68 in the 7x66 Vom Hofe thread a few days ago and saw this one for sale on Champlins site. Thought some might be interested in having a look at it.

It was built by Gary Goudy and has classic American lines, which some may like and others may not. A little on the heavy side for a mountain stalking rifle, though I suspect a lighter scope and mounts would bring the weight down considerably. The rifle is a real beauty and the craftsmanship is superb. Gary is the current President or Chairman (forget which) of the American Custom Gunmaker's Guild.
