I have a "classic" old Mauser sporting rifle in 9.3 x 62 as I am left handed I have decided to sell her, I need cash for my "DR" fund. I need some help in fixing a fair value on her, I am located in Canada but we could ship anywhere.
Mauser: serial # 11831 Turned down bolt handle, claw scope bases, (no rings or scope) express sights, 26 inch light barrel with full rib. Wood is lightly bruised from use, horn fore end tip is loose, old rubber recoil pad. Single trigger, quick removable floor plate, sling fittings.
I could post pictures if some can explain how, or e-mail direct to any one who is intrested.

John,
As with most things we really need to see it to get an idea. Plus we will need more information like overall blueing %? Has the gun been refinished? Any and all marks on the action and barrels? Etc.
Most people here use a hosting service for there pictures such as photobucket. Once they are uploaded there you simply need to link to them using the picture button.
Bill
P.S.- If you want you can email them to me and I can post them for you.

These are the pics of John's gun. I resized them a little because they were quite large.

If the rifle were in the U.S. with a nice shiny bore, I would guess $2000.

John; I am not much help for pricing as I really have no clue, but if you decide to sell please drop me a line. If it shoots, I would be very interested. Thanks much Raff

I would think "Grains" is somewhere in the ball park, but not my caliber. Not saying it is a bad caliber, just not mine.
