Pre 64 M70- 9,3X64

I was wondering if any one would have information about this rifle/riflesmith. This last summer I purchased this Pre 64 M70 rebored and rechambered to 9.3X64 from Griffin & Howe. This rifle caught my attention because I had a 9.3X64 custom built on a FN action about 15 years ago and have always admired this cartridge/rifle. The M70 was very professionally done and shoots superb groups with full 250gr. and 286gr. loads. Would anyone have any info or ideas the riflesmith that might have done this project? G&H said they had no history on it.
