newbie buying a doublerifle

The newbie is me....(hahaha)

Howmuch DR can I find/get/buy for $20-25000??

My requirement for the rifle is:

1) caliber .450 nitro..500/450 nitro or .500 Nitro
2) Boxlock ejector
3) Fully fit for an "african battle"
4) A british make
