Practice reloads for the .470 Nitro

I would like to know about the use of lead cast 500 gr bullets for practice with my .470 (Kreighof).

Ireally don't care if it shoots to the same point of impact as my regular hunting reloads Handloaded with 500 gr Woodleighs and Barnes. What powder would you suggest or should I use the same volume as that used on the hunting loads?

In a 470 NE I have gotten the same regulation and POI as full power loads with a 500 grain lead bullet ahead of 45 grains XMP5744 powder.
