just tumbled onto this forum through research for my new mod 70 safari express chambered in 416 rem mag.
i often shoot big bores 45 colt ,45-70.but this is my first venture into high speed big bores if you will.
i think i fell into the right forum.
by the looks of it there is a wealth of information here

yes sorry i am in canada province of quebec .
where i can tell you it is impossible to find ammunition or brass for the 416 rem mag .but i have managed to track down some 8mm rem mag brass to kneck up.
is this the case where you are also mickey

.416 brass isn't easy to get at the average gun shop.
If you can't buy .416 Rem. Mag. brass in Quebec, can you order it from the USA without too much trouble? If so you might be able to get a ton of it cheap by ordering online from a place like Midway.

unfortunately ordering from the usa is dificult since 911,permits ect.the u s goverment is very cautious about what leaves the country relateing to firearms unfortunately for me but i have received my 8mm brass and have already necked it up but i have a question about anealing i will post in reloading
