Since I just bought a cute little 20 bore this week I gave in to pressure from the wife and passed on this one. Hope one of you guys got it!

Is it just the crappy pictures or what. Does that gun look like a victim of bead blast, cold blue, sand paper and varathane?

Lot of work to get that gun back to work.

Yes, she's certianly been victomized but not so far as to not be restorable or perhaps (with that pitted chamber) a prime candidate for a rifle conversion. It pains me to see such a classic in this condition. There's a rescued Greener 12bore M/L hanging on my wall that when it arrived it looked as though it'd spent it's last fifty years in the corner of a barn. Its not a shooter and without replacing the barrels never will be but at least she'll never see rust and rot again!
