Blaser S-2 ?"rubber" 500NE-thoughts??

I have been entertaining thoughts of a Blaser S-2 in 500NE but am concerned about its shootability,?rubber parts and resale. Any personal opinions on this gun?

Without having the very knowledgable members of the doubles forum having to regurgitate the same info repeatedly asked from multiple prior posters ---
What key words may I search this forum with for finding the best info on finding a cost effective double 500NE gun with the best boxlock working action for hard hunting with that that caliber?

The Blaser S2 is a great design...IF...you are dangerous game. After you load it, you must cock it manually...and it is stiff to cock and slaps you when you uncock. It is also two pounds heavier than its competition.

The next time there is a DRSS hunt, you have to come and play with us. You'll see more doubles in the field than any other place. PLUS, the guys are great and you'll learn more in a weekend than months on here.

My thoughts on the blazer - never shot one, but held and checked out a few. I'm no where close to an expert, but I wouldn't buy one.
