Now what?

I ended up buying both a Leupold VX 111 in 1.5-5 and 2.5-8, using Warne bases and QD ring. This is for my Winchester safari express in .375. My problem is that the 2.5-8 doesn't fit. Scope is too short. Bases are too wide apart. Any ideas?

1. Use the 1.5-5 and put the 2.5-8 on another rifle.

2. Sell the 2.5-8 and get a 3.5-10.

3. Sell the whole outfit and get a double rifle.

Get the exension rings that have the rings for the Scope forward
of the bases. They work fine on one of my guns as I had the
same problem when I changed scopes.

I wish that I could afford the double rifle! Does anyone make the offset rings that would be compatable with the maxima Q.D. bases?
