Double Rifle Values

I was just wondering what a Boxlock Ejector Jeffery .450/400 3" ( good cond.) is worth these days ? I have one sitting in my safe and dont use it.

Depending on what 'good condition' means, 10 to 12 grand. Cased with all the goodies, third bite, minty bores, and a proven shooter, up to 15 or 16 grand maybe. That's Aussie dollars of course, buying around 74 US cents today.

If Westley Richards got ahold if it, they would want $20K.

In the interests of a balanced view......if you send it to the Weatherby custom shop they will throw it in the garbage tin

Thus (20K + 0K) \2 = 10K

That would be my guess as well! ..........AND, that would be par for the course for any company who would build their DGRs on a pushfeed actions!

I have a Weatherby and I kinda like it! Their 1" gp @ 100 yds guarantee with factory ammo is the real deal. Nickel finish and glass stock is the antithesis of my Rigby Mauser though.
