Allen Carr has made a 577 nitro Express 3" From my 416 Ruger NO 1 for me. He has made a splendid job. And is in the process of building me a custom 530/505 Woodleigh bolt action rifle. He does incredible work! Highly recommended. Full of experience and sound advice. Have been to his workshop which is out back of his house, awesome! Amazing setup. When I drove down to pick up the 577(I live in Auckland, Allen's in Wellington). He showed me a rifle he custom built for a overseas client (which I had seen in a magazine) a 500 Jeffery bolt action, and a beautiful example of the quality this man produces. Not many people are exceptional at woodwork and metal machineist.
I will take some photos of the 577 and post them if you like? And tell me what you think?

I'm having trouble with loading up the pictures of my 577, as I am new to the site. But I will keep trying!

Dan:
The URL you used is to a directory, not a single image. Can you do it for each image?

Normally you could just give the URL without the [img] delimiters, like this:

http://nz.msnusers.com/myriflepics

and we should be able to go to the directory by clicking on the URL, but in this case there seems to be some problem with security or access. Cutting and pasting the URL into the address-bar works for me, but clicking on it doesn't work!

Nice rifle by the looks, but only you will have access to the URLs for the full-size images. Hope you get it sorted.
Cheers
