The mauser Magazine Sporting Rifle from Paul Gutheinz, London, sole agent for Great Britain and Colonies; with price list in pounds sterling
black cover with gold logo and lettering, 36 pages, excellent condition. printed in stuttgart `

see Speed's The mauser Archives, pp 40-42 and 357-358 When Rigby's sole right to import expired in 1912, Paul Gutheinz became the exclusive importer and all the British makers, including rigby, had to buy from him. Probably he returned to Germany in 1913 or was interned for the war.
