The only 0.318 bullets that I have found (in the US) are cup & core bullets.

I have a 1913 Mauser sporting rifle (called a model B by the person who sold it to me a few years ago). I was able to find a couple of packets of Woodleigh 200 gn Weldcore in .318. They are accurate and would be perfect for Whitetail. I also have a reducing die made by CH tool and die. It reduces .323 projectiles to .319. And they work fine as well .
I have the Woodleigh loading book and it has load data for .318 Mausers. I can provide some loading data from it in a couple of days when I get home.

What 85lc said, not monometal, but In Australia for a while we could buy the Sellier & Bellot 196gr .318 bullet (No.2941) in boxes of 100 for ~50 bucks a box, about 35USD. Standard cup'n'core soft-nose design. I bought a few boxes just to have on the shelf.

Feel compelled to add that I don't rate S&B brass very highly, having had issues with reloading .303 Brit and 7mm Mauser in the distant past, but I have shot a bunch of their bullets in 8mm Mauser, 196-grain SPCE (No.2945), and they seem to work just fine.

Unless you really need monometal, it might be worth contacting the S&B importer and ask the question.

Hendo:
Have you checked the dimensions of the chamber neck in your Type B Mauser?
I was given excellent advice on bullets for my example by kuduae in this thread from 2018. Seems you may be able to shoot .323 projectiles in your .318-bore if the chamber has been necked/throated for the larger projectile. Worth checking...

If a .323" bullet sill slide into a "fired" case, you are good to go with the larger bullets, however, I would NOT use the oversized bullets if solid copper or guilding metal.

As Tony mentioned, S&B makes 8x57irammunition which I have used for deer hunting using a Simson DR. Buffalo Arms sells a variety of 0.318" bulltes. All work well, however, all are cup & core.

the older I caliber rifles come in trouble if you have a ban on lead ammo. the older S&B bullets in .318 are all common softpoints with a leadcore.

No explanation as to why monometal bullets are needed, didn't think Texas was lead free?

However it would not be hard to setup on a small lathe to spin off 4 or 5 thou from .323 mono bullets.
A little bit of work but an option to keep a .318 calibre gun shooting with monos if these are required.
In similar fashion I turn down a gas check shank on plain base cast bullets for my 404. Can do 100 plus bullets in an hour on a small lathe using a simple setup.
