I may be totally wrong but I doubt very much that they will see the light of day in the field, in fact will possibly remain unfired and handled with white cotton gloves to retain their mint collector status. When you go to that expense and demand the very best in materials and finish you would hardly drag them around in a bakkie and expose them to blood, sweat and tears.

Absolutely top works of art and I'm sure the owner will get enormous pleasure from that fine collection of Rigby's, whatever he does with them.

I would not do that as there were always problems when reloading quickly with such cartridges, and that's why the cartridges 425WR have to be hold in the magazine with clamps. One even seems to appear in a picture. Rifles caliber 425 Westley Richards are collector's weapons and should to be purchased as used.

I agree. Wonderful works of shooting art.

I too doubt they will see dirt, dust, mud, rain, sweaty hands, scratchy thorn Jesse etc.

I think you might find they're Westley Richards and not Rigby's

A detail, it is also about two Rigby cartridges.

I noticed that but not every rifle in H&H 375 Magnum is a Holland & Holland if you get my point.
