Found and bought a better Model 1903 for my collection today

Won a very nice Mannlicher Schoenauer model 1903 today. Oesterr Waffenfabr-Ges Steyr Mannlicher Schoenauer Model 1903 bolt action rifle, 6.5×54mm Mannlicher Schoenauer. Manufactured 1892-1918. Blued finish. 23" barrel with ramped front blade sight and two leaf rear sight. Barrel has Vienna, Austria and English reproofing marks and stamped "NOT BRITISH MAKE." Stamped on action "FOREIGN MAKE" and "OESTERR WAFFENFABR-GES STEYR." Walnut semi pistol grip stock with checkered wrist and forearm. Rear pop up peep sight. Includes K. Kaps. Welzlar/Asslar 4x Scope serial 1259 42 3/4" overall. Curio and Relic FFL eligible. Condition: Very Good condition. 85% of original finish. Light handling wear with loss on magazine plate. Light wear on stock.

Very nice piece of kit indeed Casper!
It even has that nifty little peep sight as well

The description doesn't mention that she's a Take Down Model. My M1910TD also has the 'Special Folding Peep Sight':

I've got a few rifles with them but not very likely I'll find one to buy. Are there dimensions to go with the photo?

Somewhere.

I measured mine for another thread a few years back. It's in the archives. I have the image but don't recall where I may have saved the measurements.

I've got two in rifles so I can measure them but as complicated as the look I believe it would be very expensive to have made.

The pin is easy to make, its the spring that is horrendous. As well, the outer plates and the hanger now have a parallel hole plus a thread. I have a Take-down that was such converted and it works without any problems, and it was a standard repair/conversion performed in a time when these rifles were used on a regular basis so its more or less period anyway.
