MCPHERSON/PEARSON King Cobra Z1 bow ??????

I have been offered the above bow and was wondering if anyone knows anything about them.
It was offered to me for $350-00 Australian.
Any comments good or bad welcomed.

Larcher that is the very same bow I am making enquiries about.
I thought I would make a few enquiries about it befor I drove up to Perth to inspect it.
