That is nice. Speaking of nice, at a local gun shop, there was an old schnabble forend BSA in 7x57. It had the dovetail ring bases with rings and a cheap scope. The price was $450.00. I went back to buy it yesterday (I saw it first on Monday) and it was gone - on the shelf since Saturday. The bore even looked quite decent but needed a wipe.

Yes DarylS, that would have been a good buy!
I have a BSA, Royal Featherweight bolt action, in .243 Win, that I want to rebarrel to 7x57.
I should make a great stalking rifle.
