A New Westley Richards .318 Accelerated Express Magazine Rifle

It seems fitting that best rifles by Westley Richards maintain some fealty to the old proprietary cartridges on which the company built its 20th century reputation as a modern rifle maker.

I rather like that one, not so hopelessly embellished (my opinion) as some of their other recent efforts.
Big fan of the old traditional British cartridges as well.

You certainly have to admire all the workmanship shown as extraordinary!
I agree with you Mike, I'm not a fan of what some of the top end have turned out in regards to the embellishment they have done, (Thanks, that's the word I have been searching for for ages) mind you the folks that can afford a 45,000+ pounds outlay will most probably think otherwise!
But isn't it great to see those old cartridges coming back once again, with far better bullets & powders than what they had over 100 years ago, they'll only perform better than ever!
Fantastic to see
