I would like to see such a sight. Missed out on excellent tigers 9n the track for a couple of hours, because of lack of sightings, our driver decided to go to some remoter part. Good idea. But that was when the tigers decided to appear in the main section after days of not appearing. Looking around, walking, playing, lying, for two hours. Everyone else got good sightings forced long as they wanted. Kanha, called Kipling.

We did see a couple of tigers from above, through a thorn bush, growling at us. We were on top of an elephant. Because inhad a big professional video camera they thought I was important and gave me extra time. But while the eye could do it. I wasn't fast enough with manual focussing to screenout the thorn bush in between. In my mind I can still see the blurred stripes, a distinct angry eye, and the growl.

Later on another park, Bandavagarh. One poor tiger chased by 300 vehicles .... Walking on the edge of the jungle. Maybe 50 or 90 metres away.

I want to go back. Corbett National Park. Do a Corbett sites pilgrimage.

"Do a Corbett sites pilgrimage."

I'd love to do that myself.

Yes indeed.

Very envious of the Rigby guys taking the Corbett .275 back to India.
What a great story!
