I recently was informed about this forum's existence, and couldn't wait to become a member. Just signed in! And I must say, NitroX, this site is awesome! Great work with design and everything. Very very slick!
Guess I'll be around from now on...

Thanks Christer, feels good to have you here as well! Feels almost like a home!

Welcome Linda!
I have a great bear hunt story where I was the only woman in camp with a bunch of Swedish men. I don't think any of them had seen a female hutning type before. They were in all a nice group boy could they drink!

Thanks Ann!
That must have been men from very far up north were there hardly are any women at all like in Pajala in Laponia... Those guys really can drink...
Now I've probably have to duck for all loads of [censored] (or maybe stones) they will throw at me if they're on this forum

Cheesus! I've only been here a couple of hours, and I've already been censored!
Is it OK to use the word dung instead?

Linda
Welcome to the NitroExpress.com forums.
Glad you have made it here . Looking forward to all your puppy photographs when the girl arrives. Should be great. I have been putting off getting another dog to accompany Siegfried my GSP due to all the puppy work
Tell me - did you type the censored word in yourself or was it an automatic alteration ????? ie I never censored your post !!! I have a pretty high censor tolerance ie I have never personally censored anything.
As far as I know I have never set the censor feature up, but then I'm probably allowed to swear if I want. I will have to give it a try.

Ann, you took the word right out of my mouth
Yes, I was automatically censored! Such an innocent little word just slipped...I don't think it will be the last time either...curses are the words you learn first in a different language than your "native"....and in your own ass well, my mother always told me when I was little that I needed to go to the bathroom and wash my mouth with soap...

OOuuuups! I'm so sorry, I know that "as well" not is spelled "ass well". Once again, I slipped on the keyboard. This time with a very funny result, but: I wasn't censored!!!

Sure looks like a Hunt America forum where every other word is censored. Get rid of it John. We need freedom of speech.

If I find the setting that turns the censoring off and it only covers the word up rather than overwrites it, you will be very embarrassed

You should be able to edit your posts. The only setting is an automatic "time-out" setting in UBBThreads after which editing is no longer possible. I set to as long as I could as entering no value means osts can't be edited at all.
Seriously I do think the words are replaced and over written. I will check anyway when I change the config settings.

Don't bother to check. Ann and the others can be safe.
There wont be anything behind "[censored]" since that was what I wrote a lot of times. Try for your self and see how easy it is to fool a couple of friends.
BTW, I have no problem editing my post, so that is perfectly set.
