I would love to have another front end made in .405 Winchester and have a case made to hold the newly created switch barrel rifle and take it to Africa

I can look at my 35 and see how many 405s fit in the magazine, or even to see if there’s anything keeping the 405s from working in general.
The 405, 38-72 and 40-72 use the deeper front magazine than the 35 and smaller chamberings.

Nice rifle!
I’ve found that 7X65R brass is the easiest to mod into 35Win.

allways thought .35 and .405 had the same basic case

According to Wikipedia:

.35 base dia. is .461", .428" shoulder and is 2.415" long.
.405 base dia. is .461" and 2.583" long, so same basic case.

They are based on the same basic case but the magazines are different the 405 being much deeper in the front to accommodate the non tapered case.
So, maybe you’d lose one or two in capacity.
