Not sure where this was filmed. Illegal in Canada and the USA, seems to me.
Saw this last spring - someone sent it to me. I've seen - here, I think(12 bore from hell), that a brass 12 bore shotshell base can be put(soft soldered/cemented or glued) on a .50 BMG to make 3 1/2" 12 bore cases, by expanding the case and trimming to length.

I'll say, but have to wonder, what would the actual pressure generated be. The fired cases were not expanded all the way,
however, the mouth of the case would be almost one and quarter inches in front of the shotgun's most likely, 2 3/4" chamber.

Edwin is from Southern California and does a lot of video's in Nevada.https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIOGCEG14rj9GpIFhszkWoQ

Nothing illegal in the US about firing a jacketed bullet in a smooth bore gun.

He has fired a number of 50 BMG's in various 12 shot guns.

He has worked with a number of class III dealers and manufacturers using destructive devices. I suspect he also has connections into people with explosive ordnance experience. His hand grenades seem exceedingly powerful.

He is scary dangerous.

I had wondered if he was in the States, somewhere, but never enough to dig. Tks, DD.

What Edwin does is scary dangerous. Firing 50 BMG in a 12 gauge chamber and nothing bad happens---this time.

The there is the youtube guy called Kentucky Ballistics, his Serbu 50 BMG blew up and came close to killing him.

Edwin is an immigrant from Iran possibly of Armenian descent. He is reported to be a wealthy restaurant/hotel franchise owner.

He makes some very outrageous video's and does not realize how dangerous what he is doing, is.

The running theme of his early videos was finding object to hide behind that would stop bullets.

He has a series of video's shooting a bowling ball mortar made from a pressure bottle. There is a safe way to make such a mortar The company in Utah that made Edwin's does not know how to properly make a pressure bottle bowling mortar.

Edwin loads it with smokeless powder and shoots it. He Tips the mortar up and shots it like a cannon at objects. In the first couple of video he folds the steel tubing base in half and later you can see bulging in the pressure bottle.

Yes, for some crazy reason I do watch his videos.

Yes - very dangerous indeed. These "things" generally catch up, in time.
I was watched the single shot .50 blow up on Kentucky Ballistics, a re-print of the actual accident. Yikes. Good think his Dad was there.
