Jon Jongmann, has/is been making these exceedingly impressive actions and rifles in Queensland, Australia, for a number of years now.
They rarely come up For Sale ........ so FYI.

That's a good price. One in 600NE also sold for a reasonable price earlier in the year.

Yes John is Qld based. You may be thinking of Glenn Soroka?

This rifle does not have a hexagonal barrel.
I can see in the poor picture, that it has an octagonal barrel.
NO BARREL MAKER that I have ever heard of, makes or has EVER made a hexagonal barrel.
Saying it is such, is just plain ignorance.

Suprised its still there , normally things like that, fly off the shelf like free beer at a wedding ! I spoke to him about a year ago, and he told me to get one made was 10k ,or started at 10k ,still good value compared to one made in UK !
