Now that is subtle elegance!
Beautiful piece to say the least, not over done at all in my eyes.
A rifle that you could take truly hunting (with a few nice touches to boot as well)
Would have loved a shot at how the Extractors/Ejectors worked for this rebated case!

Elegant,beautiful & lovely indeed.
I was impressed with the .425 way back in the 60's when I read first article I had seen on it - I remain impressed.
Lovely package for it.

Agreed on all the comments above. Good Tiger medicine.

I did compare the ballistics with those of my Simson Suhl DR in .405 WCF. which regulates with 300 and 400 grain bullets. The 300 grain is most common and good for most game.
With the 400 grain Woodleigh bullet, the .405 enters the 450/400 niche. Guess I will just keep it.

Is this gun factory original. That includes the gun being worked upon and restoration by the factory. If so it would add greatly to its value in my eyes.
