The cross bolts

I am going to have my Brno rebored to 9.3x62mm and am trying to decide if I need to have cross bolts installed or simply glass bedding it would suffice? If cross bolts are needed would you recommend one or two?

A well glassed action is all that is needed imho. If you wish to install cross bolts, then by all means. The one through the recoil lug is all I would do, unless the stock is cracked already, through the web in front of the triggers.

My Zastava 9.3x62 is cracked through in both spots, the bedding is a bit of a dog’s breakfast though, some previous owner has done a bubba glass bedding job that is also cracked through along with an ill fitting recoil pad, it still shoots everything I’v tried in it MOA or a bit less but I’ always wondered how much better it might be if I got the cracks fixed and a proper bedding job, if I ever jet a new stock I’ll definitely get at least one cross bolt. I sort of like how it looks like a POS but works really well, I call it ‘little ugly’ in reference to Phil Shoemaker’s 458, but as far as your one goes it’s probably OK if using factory ammo, but if you want to use stout handloads I’d probably do it for peace of mind.
