its not easy, I bought once 18 pre war DWM cartridges in Kiruna , northern sweden for 2,40 each each. heaven knows how they came to lapland before. it was part of a bigger collector cartridge deal with a local gun dealer there.
what do have for a rifle? 11,2x60 guns are very hard to find.

no, smaller case
very best is 458 win mag but I made 300 cases using cheap once fired 300 win mag whats a lot more work. iirc, it were 26 steps until I got a life supply.

According to "The Handloader's Manual for Cartridge Conversions", by John J. Donnelly, you

MAKE FROM: .375 H&H Magnum. Turn belt flush with body. Turn rim to .465" diameter and re-cut extractor groove. Anneal neck and taper expand to .450" diameter. Cut to 2.4" Full length size, trim to length and chamfer.
