Does anyone know whether Rigby offered bolt rifles in .375 H&H prior to WWII? If not, when did they first offer them?

They did, but not a great many. The .375 was no longer a proprietary cartridge after 1923 and the rest of the trade was therefore free to chamber rifles for it. There was a very nice Rigby .375 on a M98 Magnum action floating around here in SA some years ago. It was a gorgeous rifle!

Thanks JVW. Would love to see the one that was floating around SA. I assume it would have looked about like one of the prewar .350s?

It looked exactly like a .350, yes. It had a recoil pad and an original scope on as well. There are quite a few .375's around that had been converted from .350's, and I seem to recall that Paul Roberts was fond of this conversion.

Many, or most 375s were rebarreled 350s.

can't say I've ever seen one that came out of the factory as a 375 from day 1 ,i do know that paul roberts would rebore every one he could get his hands on especially the early step ring magnums as the 400/350 cartridge was gone long ago ...paul

The 1939 Stoeger shows only the .275, .350 Magnum, and .416 Rigby proprietary cartridges:
