DRACON by Johann Fanzoj: The Video

D r a c o n is an opulent ride into the mystical world of dragons, rulers over the elemental forces (Fire, Water, Earth, Air); powerful protectors and challengers alike on man´s legendary Search for the Dragon´s pearl. A philosophical journey that leads to the knowledge of what treasure the dragon r e a l l y guards:-)

A fabulous conceptual achievement, stunningly brought to life on a mechanical Piece of Art.

Accompanied by a hardbound book, available on https://fanzoj.com/weaponry-art-by-johann-fanzoj-the-privi…/

In my opinion an exquisite blend of gunmaking expertise and imagination.

I love it. I’d also love to be in a financial position where that’s an option lol

Yeah - I agree Ash.
The heavy nature of the engraving is not really my cup of tea, but it does fit the narrative & in this case, looks just fine - great, even.

Daniela Fanzoj sent to me a bunch of files/images. I need to work on them and post them. I find this rifle a true work of art, not a practical user rifle, but true imaginative art. Looking forward to the images. Will put them up on the NE fb pages as well.

The front sight was really interesting, but no "shot" of the rear sight.

Interesting, I was only communicating with a Fanzoj family member only a short time earler today about a Leopard rifle they have made, and also mentioned the Dracon rifle! Coincidence? Wow.

They will be sharing images of the new rifle soon I think.

Did a search in my files on "Dracon" and found these images. I may (?) have collected more. I think it was suggested I copy them off the Fanzoj facebook page and may not have copied all of them. Their website page of images is now deleted (?) An email or files might be on my newp/i] laptop out of action at the moment.

Here are some images. A real fantasy work of high standard. The following is a video of the same rifle, as posted in the first post on the thread.

Cool. I found all the images after all. Will edit the previous post and load them all up. Lots of work!

Certainly a work of art........I'd have to say that it is most definitely not my cup of tea!
However you must give serious credit to the workmanship on this piece, pretty damn good on that side of things!
I will have to admit that if we all liked the same thing them life would be pretty boring!

Probably I’ve mentioned it before, but Patrick Fanzoi once helped me out. I had bought an English shotgun and was having it restocked in the UK but had never been fitted and measured. On the basis of a couple emails Patrick agreed to see me. I drove from Zagreb to Ferlach and spent a couple of hours with Patrick and his stocker. Patrick would not let me pay him. It was a lovely June day and perfect experience. If I ever commission a custom gun, it will be from Patrick.

That is generous.
