1903 Safety Lever
      #335837 - 26/12/19 10:34 AM

I would like to find a safety lever for my 1903 Model.
I want to alter it to clear the bell of the eyepiece of a scope I want to mount.
Id rather not alter the original safety lever.
Thanks in advance for any leads.
Happy Holidays from South Texas!

I'd watch Ebay for that. I only see one for a M1952 listed right now, but parts for 'Greek' MS often appear on Ebay and the safety lever is the same on a 'Greek' as on an M1903.

Safety Lever Showed up.
Pretty well corroded but cleaned up OK.
Working slowly with a Dremel tool modified it to clear the eyepiece on a Leopold 2.5X8X36.
Took about an hour.
Instructions on stripping the bolt on Youtube even a lawyer can do it!
Thanks for the help.
