Just listed the ad today at the best and lowest price. Selling it only because I bought a Heym double rifle and don't need my beautiful .416 Rigby anymore.

Wow - that is one very nice piece of kit there Rookhawk!
Beautiful timber & inlaid recoil lugs, rather unusual - but obviously effective as there's no sign of splitting!
Tough choice to make

Very nice. The two triggers is something you don't see often on a dangerous game rifle.

Quite pleasant as well. Enlarged trigger guard for ample room, etc.

If someone wished to go to a single trigger it appears to be easy, there is a set of pins to drift out to remove the trigger plate. The double triggers and the other components seem to sell for about $350 on eBay. A single mauser trigger is about $15, a Timney is $65.

I think it would be abhorrent to deface a completely functional, superior setup, but it would be easy to do and would be profitable if someone wanted to sell of the double trigger assembly.
