Martin I know you make bullets but what kind? Can you make a few specialty bullets or do you need a sizeable run? How big and how much design work can you do?
Looking for some 420 grain bullets, w/copper jackets, for my 20 Gauge Faunetta.

Mickey .. slug your barrel and tell me what it read's Is it rifled or not is it a smooth bore ? or chocked can thay be removed ..
Mickey .. for somthing odd that i dont have dies for it takes about 5 months and i need to have a person order atleat 500 bullet's in what every the order is for
My list is so long that i don't think the folks here would like it if i posted my full line of bullet's . On a print out its 9 pages back to back long from .358 diameter to 2 Ga/Bore
.358 .366 .375 .403 .405 .416 .423 .458 .465 .475 .483 .510 .550 .585 .618 .620 .700 .750 The above can be had in a jacket walls from 0.018 to 0.065 In Copper and the above can also be had in Guilded metal from 0.010 to 0.030. All bullet's are Bonded -- I don't make unbonded bullet's don't ask for them. The above bullet's can be had in a RN-Round Nose & 10%deg taper to a flat point<- FP, And a Lead cored Turned Based bullet TB <-- A turn base is a lead filled jacket thats been turned around so the base of the bullet is the nose the end is rolled over to hold the core in as well as the bonding that holds the core .the turn base is not! a true soild .But rather a set down . It will funtion like a solid .Braking bone and holding together but it will bend some. It's alot like using a super heavy walled jacket on the lines of 0.80 it don't bend much or mushroom.
And i will be swaging solids soon from rod stock. These are not turned bullet's but are swaged to form them.
Sum up ..
I make bullet's in RN .FP .TB and soon there will be a true Solid with all that said i will make odd ball shape bullet's of what every it is that turns your fancy. But like i have said before its a 5 month weight I have to order the swage die set's .Whats required is that you buy 500 of them from me when i am finished
Now as for price's .. right now i am working on Ed Hubels bullet's for his 700 HE .700 diameter i am making Ed 850 grain Hollow points and 1000 grain semi round nosed.
The price of the bullet's was pre set before i ordered the dies . $ 2.15 for the 1000 Grain in a 0.050 jacket wall each and $ 1.15 for the 850 grain hollow point's each in the same jacket wall size 0.050 Copper ,
----------- Now were you plaining on using a sabot for your bullet's in the 20 Ga.
Mickey tell me just what you want ..Diameter... lenght.. etc

No Sabots. It is a smooth bore for 23.5 inches and rifled for the remaining 2.5 inches. I will slug the bore when I get a chance and hope that you have something already done.
I need a 420 grain bullet at around 1600 fps for regulation.

Pottsy,
This site is full of people with guns in oddball calibres.
I suspect a lot of forum members would like a copy of your list and if too long to post in the forum could it be made available for download in a plain text or MS Word file, or sent on request via email?
Richard.

Richard.
Richard about the only realy thing that was left off the list was the Shotgun slugs 28 Ga. 16 Ga. 20 Ga. 12 Ga. 10 Ga. 8 Ga/Bore 4 Ga./Bore 2 Ga./Bore. All shotgun slug are jacketed and bonded The Jacket wall Thckness on any Shotgun slug can be had in thickness's from 0.018 to 0.065
Unless your planing to hunt Rhino with your 8Ga or 4 or 2 Bore a person really doesn't need a 0.065 jacket on a shotgun slug
Right now i am doing this all by my lonesome. I have the press's i have most everything a person would need save the man power to do this quickly. Like i have said before i am working on Ed Hubels bullet's Tonight i had 400 .700 Jackets in a plastic coffee can and two handfulls of quick and brite and warm water . The lid on and shaking it to clean the jackets before bonding .Thay have wallnut shell bits stuck on the inside along with small amounts of lube . anyway i ws sitting in my big leather chair shaking this coffee can and listening to the Doobie Brother's and my kid walks in and just stands there with this ( My god the old mans lost his mind ) look on his face . I see him and says .. I think you really dont need another cup of coffee that bad dad..
Owell ya had to be there . it was funny

Ever set of dies cost me 1250.00 pre set for the Hydro Swage. I do get a bit of a discount on the dies but when i order a set of die i would like to have someone to buy the bullet's from me
If someone wants me to make them somthing i don't make we email back and forth the person sends me a drawing of what thay want in as far a -> Taper . Angle . type of Meplat or type of point or round nose or what ever he or she would like to see and shoot in a bullet i call Richard Corbin and talk a bit with him i may even drive over to richard House and go over the drawings of the bullet with him and spend the day .
Then i would get back with the person and see if he or she want to go ahead with me making the bullet's
if the presons ready and willing to buy atleast 500 bullet's i call richard and he makes the swage die set up that can take up to 3 months . When i get the dies i make the first batch of bullet's normaly 5 or 10 and send them out to the person he or she gets a chance to try them out before we go farther it's it all fine and dandy i make up the bullet's the person send the check and i send out the bullet's
Now on the 505 Gibb's is there somthing diffrent you are looking for .I dont copy other companys bullet's Thay sell theres and i sell mine. If you have somthing you would like me to look at send me a email and will talk.
Some time back i got together with a man name Bill Warren about making a 9.3 .366 diamter VLD rebaited boattail's for his double barrel 9.3x74r which is somthing no one makes or supplys. i took that job on becouse it was somthing no one had done .
Is there somthing unique i could do for you for your 505 gibbs.
Hollow pointed boattails ? Like i tell everyone . It's your dream let me make it happen for you
